How to cancel your subscription

Cancelling Selah is as easy as subscribing: you do it yourself, whenever you want, with no calls or paperwork.

Your subscription is cancelled in Hotmart, not in Selah

Hotmart is who charges your subscription, so that's where you cancel it so you're not charged again. Open your purchases area and follow the steps below.

Open Hotmart to cancel

During the 7-day trial

If you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, you won't be charged anything. Follow the steps below — the result is the same: no first charge happens.

Step by step (done in Hotmart)

Selah's charge is handled by Hotmart, so cancellation is done from your Hotmart buyer account:

Go to consumer.hotmart.com (your Hotmart purchases area) with the email you used to buy Selah.
Open the "My Purchases" or "Subscriptions" section.
Choose Selah and tap "Cancel subscription."
Confirm. Hotmart will send you a confirmation email.

You can also use the management link included in any of the emails Hotmart sends about your purchase.

What happens after you cancel

You won't be charged again.
If you had already paid for a period (a month or a year), you keep access until that period ends.
Your data and content stay saved in case you come back. If you want to delete them, use Settings → Delete my account.
